Every Mulmora piece passes through many hands before it reaches yours. The artisans who make it. The team that checks it. The eyes that look over every stitch, print, and detail before it is carefully packed and sent on its way.

Rather than creating in excess and expecting garments to find their way back, we focus our energy on making fewer pieces, checking them thoroughly, and ensuring that what arrives at your doorstep is exactly what was intended.

Every garment undergoes multiple quality checks before it leaves our workshop. As a result, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, or change of mind. We encourage you to take a moment with our size guide, product descriptions, and garment measurements before placing your order. If you're unsure about anything, we're always happy to help.

If your order arrives anything less than perfect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to assist. At the heart of this policy is a simple belief: making fewer, better pieces and ensuring they reach you exactly as intended.
